By utilizing the STI rotary gear system, this floor grinder is extremely user-friend and maneuverable though it is slightly heavy in overall weight. Equipped with a robust and powerful 30HP motor and variable speed drive, the Prep/Master 3030 Floor Grinding Machine is able to effortlessly adapt to numerous polishing and grinding conditions including stone, marble, terrazzo, and concrete.

The Prep/Master 3030 Electric Floor Grinder’s adjustable pocket weight system adjusts head pressure depending upon the application. Along with that,  the standard water tank enables the machine to switch from wet to dry work in a heartbeat.

This floor grinding machine is available in 230V and 480V and uses four tool plates (included) and twelve tools. Capable of every level of floor preparation, from lighter polishing to cutting through thick mastic or thin-set, the Prep/Master 3030 was designed for all types of environments, from small areas like workshops and garages to larger spaces up to 10,000 square feet.

The electric floor grinder features a 30 HP, single or 3-phase motor that is available in 230V and 480V. The propane-powered grinder is equipped with a Kawasaki 38HP motor so you can feel confident that either model you choose has the power you need to level uneven surfaces, grind away coatings, and even restore a smooth sheen.

To add to the performance, the 3030 has an adjustable pocket weight system to remove or add additional pressure to the grinding mechanism. A variable speed drive allows intensive cutting and grinding at a slow speed or a lighter polish without adding additional strain to the operator. This customization to each job makes it easy to tackle all kinds of terrazzo, marble, stone, and concrete surface preparation tasks.
