Buy Manufacturers Direct (BMD) is a collaborative alliance of some of the world’s leading surface preparation equipment and consumable manufacturers who sought an innovative alternative to reaching their customers.
Historically, manufacturers have utilized a distribution network to reach their customers. However, distribution is inconsistent in that it doesn’t reach every geographical market while each distributor provides a different level of representation. In order to fill the gaps, manufacturers are joining forces to share in the effort and the cost to reach all customers in all markets.
BMD was created to provide the customer not only with direct access to purchasing equipment and consumables, but extend unparalleled access to product experts.
