Description

The Airtec Roto-Mat RM-400 milling machine is primarily used for asphalt and concrete. Common applications are aggregate exposure, lippage removal, concrete corrections, removal of multilayer coatings in one pass, leveling of concrete surfaces, roughening and grooving, and repair of critical highway points.

The Airtec Roto-Mat RM-400 Milling Machine can perform grinding surface preparation tasks on both wet and dry surfaces, making it a versatile, money-saving scarifier milling machine.  It is not only certified to quality but environmental guidelines as well, and is a further-developed version of the Airtec Rm-320 and SM-320 scarifier surface preparation machines. Thus, this scarifier has been crafted and fine-tuned to perfection.

The Roto-Mat RM-400’s rotating steel drum generates a centrifugal force which powerfully throws the tungsten-pointed, heat-treated steel cutters thus penetrating the concrete or asphalt surface that needs preparation or correction.
