HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filters are designed to capture 99.995% of all particles that are 0.3 microns or smaller. These particles are too small to see, but can penetrate lungs potentially causing damage, especially with repeated exposure.
The Prep/Master dust collector vacuum combined with the HEPA filter system is an effective strategy for removing irritating particles from the air as the operator works at the job site.
